If someone in my downline signs someone in Canada, does the Canadian Consultant become part of my downline or is it different?
A new Canadian Consultant, regardless of what generation they may be to you, will be in your downline just like any U.S. Consultant would be. CHANGE TO PRODUCT VOLUME: The Canadian Consultant’s sales will also roll up to you according to the Compensation Plan. To accomplish this, we had to make a change to our existing Compensation Plan by introducing Product Volume. Remember that the U.S. dollar and Product Volume has a 1:1 relationship for U.S. Consultants, who will not see any change in how Scentsy pays its Consultants. As sales are made in Canada (in Canadian dollars), the same Product Volume assigned to the products in the U.S. will be paid out and roll up according to the Compensation Plan. For Canadian Consultants, they will enjoy the same Compensation Plan as the U.S. and receive their commission check in Canadian dollars.
