If you have reached a certain stage in the application process, an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) may be obtained from USCIS. Once the EAD has been issued, participation would be possible. If the EAD expires participation must end unless a new valid EAD or the LPR status has been obtained and proof is provided to ORISE personnel.
