If someone goes over 10,000 points in there turn and has their points stolen by someone who then goes over 10,000, does the first person get one more turn to finish the “bell” lap?

A. Yes, because they never got the points from that turn, they where stolen. Their over 10,000 point score was never recorded. Consider if the stealing had continued all the way back around to just before the original player again.
