If someone else has already registered my organization to get products from TechSoup, should I use this existing account to obtain donations?
Yes, if your organization already has an account with TechSoup, you will need to become an authorized agent on the existing account. As an agent, you will be able to request product donations for your organization. To become an authorized agent you will need the organization’s ID and password.
