If she wanted, does Queen Elizabeth II have the power to overide the Prime Minister of Australia?

I hate to tell you, but she has more power than you think. The Queen can override laws and statues that she does not like with the Royal Assent. This has not been done, except in the decsion of Prime Minister Tony Blair to go to war in Iraq and Afghanstian. Only the Queen has the power to declare war on another country. The Queen has advisers in her commonwealth realms that keep her informed on the process in that country. And only in the best will of her poeple will she act, not without the good counsel of those she keeps around her. The Queen alwalys consults her advisers and has good knowledge of the laws of her commonwealth countries.
