If Section 8 income eligibility guidelines change, do the AHP income guidelines also change automatically?
Monitoring agencies are permitted to incorporate changes in Section 8 income eligibility guidelines into the AHP, except for changes in the definitions of student income, which are unique to the AHP and may be changed only by notice from FDIC. If you hear about Section 8 changes, contact MDSI to determine whether you should implement those changes for AHP.
