Yes, the first phase of this initiative is to review the proposals and determine their strengths. When we go into the evaluability assessment, we are going to make it clear that the outcomes need to be very well connected to the goals and objectives of the program. Part of LTG Associates’ role is to help the organizations to develop good evaluations. If you have a good project and are ready to work on evaluation, then that is beneficial.
