If people decide to drop out of Outdoor Adventure Leadership during their first semester is there a possibility of students in other programs being able to fill the spot?

There are normally about 1 to 3 students that drop out by 3rd year (too demanding or change in interest). We normally do not fill the spots with extras because in 3rd and 4th year, students are involved in bigger experiences (canoe tripping to the Arctic Ocean, sea kayaking on Georgian Bay, rock climbing, river rescue, etc).
