If our Practice has merged with another, what happens to our IG toolkit assessment and IGSoC?

This will create a new legal entity which will be required to sign a new IGSoC. If both Practices have previously carried out an IG toolkit assessment, where there are differing scores generally the lower score will apply to the combined Practice.
