A. Since OSHPD will not be familiar with your particular PC and/or network system, you should contact your facility’s technical support staff or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) if you have problems connecting to the Internet. If you experience problems using ALIRTS or need assistance with completing your annual utilization report, please contact ALIRTS Support Line at (916) 326-3854.
