No. Calls only count toward your Nextel Nationwide Walkie-Talkie minutes when you initiate the call. However, if you press the Nextel walkie-talkie button after 6 seconds of silence, then you are considered the call initiator and will be billed for the call going forward. Also, if you respond to a Call Alert, you are considered the call initiator and are billed as such.
