If others contact me using International Direct ConnectSM service, will the call count toward my Direct Connect minutes?
No. Calls only count toward your Direct Connect minutes when you initiate the call. However, if you press the Direct Connect button after 6 seconds of silence, then you are considered the call initiator and will be billed for the call going forward. Also, if you respond to a Call Alert, you are considered the call initiator and are billed as such.
