If others contact me using Direct ConnectSM or Nationwide Direct ConnectSM service, will the call count toward my Direct ConnectSM minutes?
No. The person who initiates the call is billed for the Direct ConnectSM minutes and (if applicable) the Nationwide Direct ConnectSM charge. However, if you press the Direct ConnectSM button after 6 seconds of silence, then you are considered the call initiator and will be billed for the call going forward. Also, if you respond to a Call Alert, you are considered the call initiator and are billed as such.
