If Orbasoft® Utilities™ does not detect a spyware, what will I do?
If such an unusual situation comes when Orbasoft® Utilities™ is not detecting a threat, just send an email to the customer support department to get it resolved. It happens that some threats are not in our list of spyware and malware definitions. If you know you have a spyware, adware, trojan, keylogger etc, then just email us (remember to add screenshots), and we will add it to our database, and include it in the next Live Update. 72 hours later (or more, depending on the type of threat you have), you then just click on the Life Update button, and make a Deep Scan. Your infection will then be detected and removed.
