If or when the Vairday unit has a malfunction, who will service it and how long will it take to get the Vairday that is malfunctioning back in service?
The Vairday units have no serviceable parts. We will replace a unit that fails due to defect according to our complimentary 10 year warranty plan. Vairday units may also ‘sacrifice’ themselves to protect your facilities from lightning strikes. In this case, you will have to pay to replace the sacrificial unit. We will replace it at our cost within 30 days. In the meantime, you will not lose power while the unit is down. Vairdays are designed to ensure no downtime regardless of the unit’s state.
