No. If a bootstrap is running on a pc, even you cannot browse the url of your bootstrap. First close the bootstrap service from that pc, if you want to browse a URL of any bootstrap. I am getting the error like “Trust not Granted” This is often case when u have not ran VmuktiClient setup. Becasue installer would install security certificate in your system which allows u to browse application. And make sure your system time and date are proper.
