If one trust has developed or procured elearning resources how can these be shared with or made available to other trusts?

The trust that has developed the elearning can either share the URLs with other interested trusts, who would then have to set up local version of the course, offering and class. Alternatively a Shared Training Centre (STC) model can be adopted using the current functionality.
