If on meeting the filmmaker (or at any stage of the production) Indie Maverick deems them to be fraudulent or unable to deliver the project, what will happen to the investors monies?
If Indie Maverick decides to terminate a project at any stage it would be in the best interests of the investors. An assessment will be undertaken prior to each stage of production, before production monies are released. If we feel for any reason that the filmmakers are fradulent or unable to deliver the project investors monies will be returned minus any percentage that has already been spent by the filmmaker.
