No. Wireless microphones (and similar devices) – licensed or unlicensed – may NOT operate in the 700 MHz Band after June 12, 2010. The prohibition against the use of wireless microphones in the 700 MHz band could take effect sooner if harmful interference is caused by its use or if notice is given sooner than the deadline by the FCC for users to cease operations in the 700 MHz Band as requested by public safety officials.
