Typically this happens for non-credit bearing courses or general resource modules. Because Blackboard is tightly integrated with CS all such courses which require student enrolment will need to be set up in CS as soon as is practical, well in advance of the course going live. Please contact your Faculty eLearning support staff in such cases.
