If my Vendor I have selected on Grade Y is giving me only one T1 (24 channels), but I am currently Originating two T1s, can the overflow traffic go to OneStopTel by default?
It is not possible to be done through the OneStopTel functionality. The reason is because in order to complete a transaction (buy or sell) through OneStopTel, an authorized web user must have logged in with his user name and password and select the grade of service where he agrees to pay the amount displayed. However, this can be done by you requesting your routing department to place OneStopTel Trunk Group as 2nd in your own routing combo.
