A. Yes. All applications to the 2009 Innovation Research Program must be accompanied by a signed, dated CRA Acceptance Letter in order for the proposal to be considered. The CRA Acceptance Letter serves to indicate your institution’s agreement to accept the 2009 Collaborative Research Agreement, should your proposal be selected for an award.
