No, transactions that exceed your FlexCard’s per transaction limit must be submitted to Purchasing on a high value purchase requisition for a buyer to process. However, IF your FlexCard currently has a $2,500 per transaction limit, IF you have attended Purchasing 101 AND IF the transaction is $5,000 or less, your Department Administrator can log onto the FlexCard Management Module and submit a Request Change to Single Transaction Limit Limit. Once this request has been processed by U.S. Bank, you will be able to make the higher value purchase.
