If my practice opts out of out of hours, but I work sessions for a private out-of-hours provider e.g. Healthcall/Primecare, will my pay be superannuable in the NHS scheme?

A No. However, if the sessions were undertaken for a co-operative or any other provider which is an NHS Body, the income would be superannuable. Please see Chapter 5 of the contract document for further information on pensions.
