If my pharmacy changes ownership, do I need to recontract with APS?
Answer – Yes. If your business changes hands, you will need to recontract with APS. To assure a smooth transition and that the new owner will be able to serve APS members on an uninterupted basis, please notify us in writing thirty days prior to the transfer of ownership. At that point, we will initiate the recontracting process so that you can continue to serve APS members.
