Organizations that have received funds through the MSGP for two years must thereafter apply through the regular process. A LOI for a program or general operating grant may be submitted during an open grant cycle, but a new grant will not be considered until the existing MSGP grant is concluded. Note that the MSGP grant recipients may submit a capital request through the regular process at any time.
