If my Kinecs product needs to be repaired, who will cover the freight costs?
Kinecs will cover all freight costs if your television needs to be repaired under warranty. If your Television needs to be picked up, it is your responsibility to ensure that the television is packaged securely. The safest and ideal way to do this is to keep the original box the television came in and to repackage the television in this original box.
