Possibly. It is always best to check any services that you utilize to see if they are in-network or not. Some examples for these services can include labs, x-ray facilities, urgent care centers, hospitals, and behavioral health facilities. You can do so by calling Principal at 1-866-484-6534 or logging onto www.principal.com, click on Search for a Medical Provider, then selecting Aetna Signature Administrators as your network. You will find the list of services under the Provider Category drop down menu. If the service provider is not in-network, the charges will be processed at the out-of-network level.
