If my GekTV receiver is broken or defective, how do I go about getting a replacement unit?

You will need to ship the defective receiver unit back to GekTV for a free replacement. We will send you a replacement unit upon receipt of the defective unit. If the receiver is found to be damaged by abusive and/or inappropriate use, you will need to pay the cost of the replacement receiver unit ($269) and remote ($9.99).
