If my firm has branch offices, is a Professional Geoscientist (PG) required to be staffed in each branch office?
Yes, only if the branch offices practice or offer to practice geoscience on a full-time basis and are normally staffed full-time as such. If a branch office is not normally staffed full-time and only offers geoscience work on a part-time basis, a PG does not need to be staffed there full-time and the sole PG required to fulfill the registration requirements for the firm can oversee their work.
