i don’t know how job seekers allowance works but my x husband is claiming disability as he cant work and he has to pay 5 a week for his to girls so that works out at 20 a month which i get through the child support its not a lot but at least they are taking something off him i would check with child Support just to make sure

No matter want he has to pay child support. Go file child support on him. Then it would be court order for him to pay child support and court order for him to find a job. Yes. My son father has court order to get a job. And when they do job application turn in they have to fill out the paper and send it back to child support agency. if he doesn’t do that and not pay child support they can take away his driver license and also send him to jail.

hi there, when the father is working you get 40% of his income.if he is on job seekers allowance ,csa can only take £5 a week from him. why dnt you hone csa today and speak to a member of staff.
