Treat your dreamclub Reward certificate like cash. Fortunoff will try to replace lost or stolen dreamclub Rewards certificates if they have not been used or have not expired. If your dreamclub Reward certificate has been used, it will not be replaced. It can also be reprinted of off the website and in select stores via in-store kiosks.
