If my city or county project idea has several different components, should I submit a proposal for each one separately, or should I submit one proposal that encompasses each component?
AEach city or county not partnering with other cities or counties should submit one comprehensive proposal. The selection committee will review and score each proposal in its entirety. However, the committee does retain the right to enter into negotiations with a city or county to amend a proposal if the committee would better consider the amended proposal.
