If my child attends a magnet program in an elementary or middle school, may he/she continue in these programs at the middle or high school level?
Yes. The district reserves twenty-five percent (25%) of the available seats in middle and high school programs for qualifying incoming students who attend the magnet theme program at the lower level. All students must submit an application to the magnet school to which they are applying prior to the designated deadline.
