If Katana were able to make more than one exertion in a turn but Psychosis was in play, would he have to use any “extra” Exertions to remove Situations?
* A27.2 No. Katana’s Nemesis card only restricts the type of Exertions he can make it doesn’t force him to make Exertions, in this case he can only make Standard Exertions during his turn. A Standard Exertion is any Exertion made to make an attack a Power Blow, make a block a Power Blow, or to search for an attack or defense. So Katana cannot make an Exertion to remove a Situation while his Nemesis card is in play.
