If JFK had not been assassinated, would America be completely different today?

A military coup was threatened against JFK if he didn’t support the exiles of Cuba. So I think the American Empire would have gone to Vietnam anyway.

It’s hard to say. What happened, happened for a reason and what is going on today is the reason. I do think that it would have been a much different world than it is today. RFK may have been president after JFK. Nixon would never have been president. Ford would never have been president. I think Reagan may have been president sooner than he was. After that who knows?
