If Jesus had died of old age, would it not have had the same effect?

As a perfect man, Jesus would have never reached old age. We know this by what God told the only other perfect man, Adam before he sinned. He told Adam that if he ate of the tree, he would die. So it is logical that if he did not eat of the tree of knowledge of good and bad, he would not have died and would still be living today. Man was not created to die, but to live forever. Man dies now because of the imperfection that Adam passed on to his children (Romans 5:12). So Jesus had to die in order for cover over what Adam lost for his offspring, thus becoming an “Eternal Father” to all those who acknowledge his role in the out working of God’s purpose for the earth, having perfect humans that love and worship him.
