If Iran develops a nuclear weapon, should Britain support any military action against it?.
The answer would clearly be No. If your adversary has a nuclear bomb and has the capability to launch it, you wouldn’t readily pick a fight with him but you would do your utmost to persuade him to give it up (along with your own nuclear weapons). Iran should not be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon but perhaps we ought to be doing much more to dissuade Iran from pursuing that option by gettig rid of our own weapons of mass destruction. There is a lot of hypocricy in expecting our neighbours to give up their weapons while retaining our own.
