A Yes. Upon establishing a patient in CashFlow Recovery, you may choose to indicate a lesser payment amount that would fulfill the patients financial obligation to the practice. XPS will continue to bill and process payments on that customer until that discounted amount is reached. The original amount due is presented on each statement and as far as the patient is concerned, they owe the entire amount. Internally, the system accepts payment up to the settlement amount, and then assigns the account as paid in full once the discounted amount is reached. The next statement will inform the patient that the account is paid in full.
