If Im not offered a position at Nycomed, how much notice will I have prior to my final day of employment?
Nycomed will follow all applicable federal and New Jersey state laws concerning business closures. This means, anyone not continuing employment at Nycomed will get a minimum of 60 days notice prior to the actual termination date. Additionally, anyone eligible for a benefit from the Bradley Severance Plan will receive that benefit after the termination date.
