If Im not happy with the product that Ive ordered, can I return it to Le dd Online Store and receive a full refund?
Answer 3 Le dd Online Store will refund items which are faulty or which are damaged in transit. To receive a refund the purchaser must notify Le dd Online Store immediately and return the product within 14 days. The original receipt must accompany the item that you are wanting a refund on. Le dd Online Store will not provide refunds for ‘change of mind’ situations.
