If IG-88A wasn killed, would his droid revolution have suceeded?
It would depend on Imperial intervension. But if he made more IG-88’s and took on the empire and rebels head on it might have but since they are assasin droids they would use stealth and cunning to assasinate leaders and disorganize both armies and if this happened the droid revelotion would most definatly succeed. Let’s not forget that IG-88A was killed because he downloaded his consciousness into Death Star 2. If he had survived, it would have ment the Rebels failed to destroy it. IG-88A would have stared blowing up Star Destroyers and planets and his Droid Revolution would be a complete success, unless Vader, Palpatine, or Luke some how found a way to stop him.
