If identical twins had babies with identical twins, would the children be biologically siblings?
Technically yes. However, since identical twins aren’t 100% identical, the real answer is not quite. I should say that they would technically be considered genetically the same as siblings, but since identical twins are never 100% alike, the calculation would suggest slightly less than the 50% average genetic likeness. However, this very slight difference would be extremely difficult to detect with genetic testing. I’m trying to be clear, but maybe I’m not succeeding.
