If I would like to build a home in Leytham and reserve my lot now, what is my next step?
Lots will be improved and then offered in phases. Phase I, which will be on the east side of the creek in the northwest section of the neighborhood, will contain 110 single-family lots and 4 multi-family lots. The lots in Phase I will be released in groups. The first group of lots to be released will be offered at very attractive prices, because those home owners will the neighborhood’s founding, pioneer residents.
