If I were to have other or unrelated engine problems, could using EnviroleenTM void my warranty?
There has not been a single incident of engine damage attributed to EnviroleenTM use. In fact, we can provide letters from customers whose mechanics are amazed at the cleanliness and health of their engines. But, we do carry a $2 million per incident insurance policy in the event that a problem did occur. Also, in the United States, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act is a US federal law enacted in 1975 that governs warranties. The law states that the warrantor cannot waive the warrantee if the consumer is following reasonable use, which for engines includes the use of EPA registered fuel additives, and EnviroleenTM is an EPA registered fuel additive.
