All the Avantalk Bluetooth headsets have small yet powerful microphones incorporated into the design of the headsets. To ensure the person on the other end of the line can hear you clearly, and you can hear them as well, you can turn up the volume by pressing the volume key which is located on main body of the headset. (Please see your headset’s user guide for product features).
