To be able to view a course that is delivered by VOD (Video On Demand), the system requirements are: • Internet access (highspeed preferred) • Computer requirements: Windows XP/Vista, MacIntosh Speakers/headset, soundcard • Browser requirements: Internet Explorer (6,7 or 8), Firefox or Safari • The latest Adobe Flash plugin (for playing the online flash course) To get the plugins: • For Internet Explorer, click here • For Firefox and Safari (on Windows), click here. • For MacIntosh users, click here. • Quicktime needs to be installed on the user’s computer, if downloading a course/tutorial, as the download is in mp4 video file format.
