A- Yes, to the extent that we will advertise your open house or broker tour by adding it to your MLS listing. It is your responsibility to actually conduct the open houses and/or broker tours. To schedule an open house or broker tour, by the end of the day the Wednesday before the weekend you are planning the open house (or the week before the broker tour) fax or email your assigned agent with your open house or broker tour request.
