A valid Indiana fishing license and a City Lake Permit. The lake permit can be purchased at the City Clerks office Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. – 4P.M.. All other hours the permit can be purchase at the front lobby of the police department. The cost for a one day permit is $2.00. The cost for a one year permit is $10.00. The City of Salem does not sell Indiana fishing licenses.
