If I want to change a contact person, for a particular publisher ID, does an updated application need to be submitted?
Answer 13: Yes. An ePublication Watch Web Access Request Form must be submitted for each individual person. Each individual person is assigned a unique password due to security reasons. Also, the National Customer Support Center (NCSC) should be informed by the publisher if a contact person should be deleted from the system.
